WHILE PROWLING AROUND THE INTERNET LOOKING AT REAL ESTATE IN THE FORT MYERS ARE I SOME HOW TRIPPED OVER VICKI ALVEREZ. WITH A WHOLE LOT OF HELP FROM VICKI WHICH STARTED IN LATE MARCH OF 2015 MY WIFE AND I HAVE PURCHASED A HOME IN FLORIDA WHICH WE MADE SETTLEMENT ON 4/15/15. WORKING WITH VICKI WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. ALTHOUGH SHE WAS NOT THE LISTING AGENT SHE LED US THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM NEGOTIATIONS TO SETTLEMENT AND 90% OF IT WAS DONE VIA THE INTERNET (I DID FLY TO FLA. TO INSPECT THE HOME AND MEET WITH VICKI).
