Terrace Neighborhood
Terrace Condominiums is a mid rise condominium complex that is composed of four-story buildings with eight units per story. These condominium units have amazing views of the sparkling lake and golf course. Three floor plans are available namely the Ashbury, Brookside and Colonade. In the first three floors, there are two units each for Ashbury and Colonade while there are four units for Brookside. In the fourth floor, there are six units where two are Ashbury designed and the rest four units take after the Brookside floor plan.
For the Ashbury unit, it has a living space of 1,194 square feet with two rooms and a lanai. Ashbury covers a total of 1,318 square feet adding the lanai and entry and are the middle units of the Terrace condominiums. Brookside condos on the other hand are the units that are next to the Ashbury units. These units are offering a living area of 1,232 square feet still with two bedrooms. Brookside covers a total space of 1,362 square feet with the entryway and lanai.Â
The Colonade are the end units of the first to third floors with the biggest living spaces of the Terrace condominiums. On top of the two bedrooms, also an additional room can be used as a study, den or additional bedroom. Living area is at 1,232 square feet and added with a lanai and entry space, total area of the unit is at 1,362 square feet.
All condominium units have their own assigned covered parking space. Additional parking spaces that are not covered are available for the guests.
Terrace Amenities
The residents of the condominium units of Terrace can take advantage of the community pool that are strategically located on the end corners of a number of buildings. The homeowners are also entitled to utilize the sidewalks and should be provided with streetlights.

Golf enthusiasts will definitely have a grand time living in the Terrace Condominiums. Not just one but two semi private golf courses are placed in the Heritage Palms. These are the Sabal Course that plays 6,837 yards and the Royal Course that plays 6,756 yards. A fully stocked pro shop is available to satisfy any golfing need of the players.
