There are 6 neighborhoods within the community namely the Triana, Villagio, Monteverdi, Vittoria, Via Lago, and Terabella neighborhoods. The community of Triana at Renaissance are composed of coach homes ranging from 1,940 to 2,802 square feet. The Villagio community consists of detached villas with an area of 2,421 to 2,754 square feet for each unit. Executive homes are available at the Monteverdi community with living areas ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet. The communities of Vittoria and Via Lago offer single-family homes with 2,800 square feet or more. Terabella community consists of estate homes with minimum of 3,500 square feet.

Most living units are designed with 2 to 4 bedrooms, ranging up to 6 bedrooms, and 3 to 6 bathrooms ranging up to 9 bathrooms, and a den.
