Parker Lakes

Parker Lakes is a master planned gated community located in Fort Myers, Florida. It is a private residential community covering 230 acres of land with more than 30 acres of sparkling lakes providing residents in the community calm and beautiful views of the lakes, lush landscape, and nature preserves.

Compared to other communities in the area, Parker Lakes community has no age restriction policies. This community is developed in order to provide families and individuals an active, friendly, and very family oriented community for everyone.

The Neighborhoods

There are 11 neighborhoods or community enclaves in Parker Lakes, wherein some of these neighborhoods have their own amenities and facilities. Most of the homes are built near or around the lakes to offer beautiful views of the lakes.

Parker Lakes is composed of more than 1000 living units – 366 units are single-family homes while the remaining 687 are composed of villas, coach homes, and condominium units. Most of the large single-family estates have their own private pool aside from the access to the community pool.
