Why Live In Gulf Harbour?

Located in the McGregor Boulevard, north of Iona Road and south of Cypress Drive, Gulf Harbour is situated at the heart of Florida’s prime properties.  All lifestyles are accommodated in this community that allows everyone to fit in no matter the preference.  With 547 acres and an area facing the Calosahatchee River one can always find something to do anytime of the day.  No one will ever get bored residing in this gulf community with so much to explore or just simply basking in the natural beauty where the home is situated.

Don't fret though, as there are spots of white-sand beaches to soak up the Southwest Florida sunshine. What is good about the island is that building restrictions are imposed to preserve the rural atmosphere of the community, allowing future generations to enjoy the area in its natural beauty.

With easy access to the water at Gulf Harbour, it is natural to see dolphins, manatees and other water creatures.  Cape Coral is next door that also offers a lot of coves, creeks, and beaches for the avid outdoorsmen.
