Not just one, but two 18-hole championship golf courses are offered to the members of the Fiddlesticks Golf And Country Club.  Long Mean carries a par of 72, offers 7,077 yards of play, and has a challenging outline designed by Ron Garl.  This golf course is situated in the heart of the community lined by oak, palmetto, pine and cypress trees. Wee Friendly, the second golf course designed by Bob Cupp, has 6,645 yards of play also carries a par of 72.  This golf course has a more relaxed outlay to make an easier, yet still challenging play for golfers of all skill levels.

The golf course has low density of members - less than 600 players - to ensure that every one has an opportunity to learn as well as enhance their skill of the sport. Fiddlesticks Ladies Golf Association is considered to be the premier ladies golf association in Fort Myers, as the club is very active.  This golf course is the first one to host a USGA Golf Championship in the southwest Florida area in 2010.  Membership to the golf club is bundled upon purchase of a property in any Fiddlesticks lot, home or condo.

Fiddlesticks Tennis

Other than golf, Fiddlesticks caters to other sports that are popular to play in any golfing community, and that is tennis. In this community, there are eight Har-Tru tennis courts to hone tennis playing skills.  Four of these tennis courts are available for playing the sport at night. Many leagues and interclub play are scheduled throughout the year.  From casual plays to tennis tournaments, these games are performed at the Fiddlesticks tennis courts. With an area of 7,000 square feet, the fitness center is complete with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment. Fiddlesticks Clubhouse

Social activities are organized throughout the year to provide an area to get to know the residents in the Fiddlesticks community.  From casual, to formal or private dinners, these can be planned in the clubhouse that has a separate multi-purpose room for large functions. The Edinburgh Room can accommodate up to 120 people with spectacular views of the island greens of the two golf courses.  This room is great for any social or private event including a conference or wedding reception.

The Tartan Grille is located in the center of the clubhouse that is extravagantly appointed.  Unwind in the Brigadoon Lounge and Patio whether on your own, or with company. Residents can take a round of their favorite drink with the natural beauty of the unique twin island greens as the backdrop.
