Escala is a luxury neighborhood located within the 1,180-acre golf community of Quail West, and offers three- and four-bedroom floor plans from 2,822 to 3,239 square feet priced starting around the mid-$600s.

The design of the Marlowe’s interior was done by Edgar and Tiffany West of East Indies Home Interior Design, and it was made to create a relationship between the indoor and outdoor lifestyles of the homeowner. Now that the Marlowe villa is completed, Stock Homes expects to have its Astbury villa model completed within 30 days, while the Palmhurst villa model is still under construction; both homes are also located in Escala.

Quail West also features La Caille Villas by McGarvey Custom Homes that range from 2,702 to 3,612 square feet, as well as Tamworth, a series of residences sized from about 3,000 to 4,000 square feet, and Newlands, a collection of single-family residences located on estate-sized homesites starting from the mid-$700s.
